December 2025: We were chuffed when our Show & Listen record frames were featured in The Times Saturday Magazine, recommended by Caitlin Moran in her list of top life hacks.
Seeing our frames pop up as number 4 in the piece, alongside an unforgettable image involving a bathtub full of crisps was somewhat surreal.
As a small business, it means the world when something like this happens. Even better when it’s in the context of celebrating the joy of music, collecting, and making your home reflect the things you love.
Read Caitlin’s words below!

4. Show & Listen record frames
I suspect you don’t live, as I do, with someone who owns 60,000 records, seems incapable of not buying yet more records, and who regularly uses my absences to suddenly attempt some sudden, unauthorised Lebensraum-like expansion of record-shelving in eg the basement, or halfway up the stairs.
But you probably do have some vinyl and, let’s face it, want to show off how exquisite your musical taste is. You want people to gasp, “Wow, I didn’t know you were into early Nolan Sisters. You really are one heck of a cool cat.” And you can’t do that if all your records are on some wholly unsanctioned mad shelf by the wardrobe, where I was planning to put an elegant blanket box instead.
This is why I love these frames.
They show off all your best records on your walls, like works of art. And, because they open from the front, they allow you to easily change your display on a monthly, weekly or even daily basis – thus rapidly becoming too obsessive and busy curating the “vinyl wall art” even to contemplate putting up yet another set of frankly forbidden shelves that may, as I have warned, genuinely endanger your marriage.
